2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
6–8 slices deli meat (turkey, ham, or roast beef)
2–3 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
½ cup sliced tomatoes
½ cup sliced cucumbers
¼ cup sliced bell peppers
¼ cup sliced onions
2 tbsp Italian dressing
Pickles, olives, or banana peppers (optional)
Place lettuce in a bowl.
Layer deli meats and cheese over the lettuce.
Add veggies and toppings.
Drizzle with dressing. Toss lightly.
Serve immediately or store for later.
