1 pound rotini pasta
1 cup diced deli meats (ham, salami, turkey)
1 cup cubed cheese (provolone, cheddar, or mozzarella)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, chopped
½ cup pickles or banana peppers, chopped
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Italian dressing
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, rinse, and toss with olive oil.
Chop meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
Mix mayo, Italian dressing, mustard, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
Combine pasta, meats, cheeses, veggies, and dressing.
Chill for 1 hour, then fold in lettuce before serving.
