1 lb thinly sliced ribeye (or sirloin/roast beef)
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
5 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 slices provolone cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Sear beef in hot oil, set aside.
Sauté onions, peppers, and garlic in butter.
Add flour, cook 2 minutes.
Pour broth and Worcestershire, simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in cream and beef, cook 5 minutes.
Top bowls with cheese, broil until melted.
