Pancake Sausage Mini Muffins – A Fun and Portable Breakfast Treat

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup cooked sausage, chopped

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini muffin tin.

  • Cook sausage, chop into small pieces.

  • Mix pancake batter with milk, egg, and syrup.

  • Spoon batter into muffin cups, add sausage, then cover with more batter.

  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.

  • Serve warm with syrup or butter.
