Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded chicken

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

  • Mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, soup, and cheddar. Spread in dish.

  • Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.

  • Add veggies for extra nutrition.

  • Freeze unbaked casserole (without topping) for up to 2 months.
