3 cups shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
½ cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, soup, and cheddar. Spread in dish.
Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
