4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Mix mayo, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
Place chicken breasts in dish and spread topping evenly.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Broil 2 minutes for golden top (optional).
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Greek yogurt works for a lighter version.
Add cheddar or mozzarella for a cheesier crust.
