Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

  • Mix mayo, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.

  • Place chicken breasts in dish and spread topping evenly.

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Broil 2 minutes for golden top (optional).

  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Greek yogurt works for a lighter version.

  • Add cheddar or mozzarella for a cheesier crust.

  • Great with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
