Cinnamon Apple Cottage Cheese Bites – The Perfect High-Protein Snack

  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.

  • Mix cottage cheese, eggs, and sweetener until smooth.

  • Stir in oats, cinnamon, and baking powder.

  • Fold in apples. Spoon into muffin cups.

  • Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and set.

  • Cool before serving.
