Cheesy Taco Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in skillet, drain fat, and add taco seasoning with water. Simmer 2 minutes.

  2. Roll out pizza dough, cut into 8 strips.

  3. Place beef and cheese in each strip. Fold and seal edges tightly.

  4. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with butter and garlic powder.

  5. Bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden. Serve warm with dips.

Notes

  • For spicier sticks, add jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese.

  • Freeze unbaked sticks and bake when needed.
