1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
¼ cup water
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
Salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping
Brown beef in skillet, drain fat, and add taco seasoning with water. Simmer 2 minutes.
Roll out pizza dough, cut into 8 strips.
Place beef and cheese in each strip. Fold and seal edges tightly.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with butter and garlic powder.
Bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden. Serve warm with dips.
For spicier sticks, add jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese.
Freeze unbaked sticks and bake when needed.
