Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Bake – Cozy, Protein-Packed Dessert

  • 2 cups cottage cheese

  • 2 medium apples, chopped

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp oats or flour (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease baking dish.

  • Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey, vanilla, and baking powder until smooth.

  • Stir in apples and cinnamon.

  • Pour into dish and bake 35–40 minutes until golden.

  • Cool 10 minutes, slice, and serve.
