1 lb chicken breast, cut into bites
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooking spray
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Dip chicken in egg wash.
Coat in breadcrumb-ranch mix.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Don’t overcrowd the basket. For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil.
